From the West
Take I-80 across the Bay Bridge. Merge onto I-880 toward Downtown Oakland.
Immediately after you merge, exit onto West Grand Ave. Continue on West
Grand to Frontage Road. Turn Right onto Frontage Road. Go straight on Frontage
Road and then turn left onto 7th Street. Stay in the left lane and at the
first light, which is Wood Street, turn left. Drive straight on Wood Street
and turn left on 12th Street.
Midway down the block, on the left, you will see a corrugated fence and a green building that says Prieto Studios. There is a door marked 1793 with a keypad next to it. Press the button marked “Kring Design Studio” and we will let you in.
From the North
Take I-80 South. At “the maze” merge onto I-880 South and stay
in the right lane. Take the Grand Avenue exit. At the light (Grand Ave)
do not turn. Go straight on Frontage Road and then turn left onto 7th Street.
Stay in the left lane and at the first light, which is Wood Street, turn
left. Drive straight on Wood Street and turn left on 12th Street.

From the East
Take the 24 West. Merge onto I-980 toward Downtown Oakland. Exit on 14th
Street. Turn right onto 14th street. Continue straight on 14th until one
block before it ends. This is Wood Street. Turn left on Wood Street. Drive
straight on Wood Street and turn right on 12th Street.

From the South
Take I-880 North toward Downtown Oakland. Take the 7th Street exit. At
the bottom of the offramp (at the light) turn right onto 7th Street. Stay
in the left lane and at the first light, which is Wood Street, turn left.
Drive straight on Wood Street and turn left on 12th Street.
